A good event caterer is one that provides fabulous food and service to match. Many people believe the only kind of service that matters is that which your guests see--the dressed-up servers, bartenders and stationary hors d'oeuvres managers who put a face on the evening's catering. Most of us have at one time or another dealt with caterers who were slow to respond to requests. We take food very, very seriously. Our menu is comprised of outstanding choices from around the world, including unusual fare such as lentil al funghi, New Orleans crab cakes and jicama, and orange and shaved onion salad. One bite and you may believe you have been transported on a worldwide culinary journey.
